Getting JMXplorer

First, you must download JMXplorer on sourceforge. You will get a zipped version of the JMXplorer update site.

In the future, we will provide a remote site and you will be able to install and update JMXplorer from within Eclipse without specific external download needed.

Installing JMXplorer on eclipse

Step 1

Begin the installation from the Eclipse Help menu item.

Step 2

Click "Add Site..." button.

Step 3

Click on "Archive..." button and browse to the folder where you have the zipped version of the JMXplorer update site.

Step 4

This next screen shows all of the features that are available to install.

Select dashboard and jmxplorer feature.

Click "Install..."

Step 5

Eclipse needs to be restarted after installing JMXplorer.
